Our story

From a very early stage, Loïc, the youngest of the sons, worked alongside Yannick for more than six years.

​

Through hands-on field experience, rigor, and repetition, he became a recognized expert in the field of water damage prevention, fully aligned with the company’s methods and standards.

​

Before Jérémy joined the company, Alex-Antoine became part of the team and played a key role during a pivotal period in the company’s development.

Alex took charge of operations, ensuring continuity, quality, and stability in field interventions.

​

With more than three years on the team, he is now recognized as the specialist for complex situations and technical challenges.
Highly regarded by property managers, he is frequently called upon for demanding files and sensitive interventions.

​

Subsequently, Loïc chose to continue his professional development independently, with more direct involvement alongside a sales partner.

This transition took place in a spirit of respect and collaboration.

To this day, Loïc remains connected to the company and provides occasional support on large-scale projects when his expertise and deep knowledge of major deployments are required.

​

As part of his work with his sales partner, Loïc also collaborates with his employee, Charles, who is becoming increasingly involved in our large-scale projects.

​

Charles primarily works on mandates related to Water-Protec systems, in direct collaboration with our teams.

​

Recently, Charles and Nycolas completed Tour des Canadiens 3, where over 500 units were installed—without issues, without rework, and with an execution rated 10 out of 10.

​

This collaboration confirms our ability to integrate reliable, well-trained external resources aligned with our standards, allowing us to deliver major projects with consistency and efficiency.

​

In 2024, Jérémy Thériault officially joined the company.

​

A seasoned entrepreneur, he brings a rich and diversified background:

​

• management of multiple businesses and franchises

• organization of major events hosting over 3,000 people

• hands-on experience in real estate

• founding companies in marketing, printing, and web development

​

Before structuring the company’s growth, Jérémy first learned the trade in the field, working directly alongside Yannick.

​

He then leveraged his experience to develop:

​

• client relationships

• the company’s positioning

• large-scale deployment capabilities

​

while fully respecting the technical and operational DNA already in place.

​

At the end of 2024, Nycolas joined the team to respond to a growing demand for maintenance services.

​

Nycolas is Yannick’s nephew and the cousin of Jérémy and Loïc, naturally fitting into the company’s family and professional continuity.

​

He quickly established himself as the maintenance specialist, particularly for systems such as WaterProtec.

​

To date, he has completed over 1,000 condominium maintenance interventions, making him an internal reference for:

​

• preventive maintenance

• installation verification

• long-term system monitoring and compliance

​

Today, this combination of field expertise, team stability, and entrepreneurial vision enables the company to:

• work in Montréal, Québec City, and Gatineau

• collaborate with several major sales partners
